Returns & Refunds Policy
At Nimmz Babies, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not qualify for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at sharon@nimmzdigitalworld.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or final-sale products, are not eligible for returns. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
